A clear, structured path — from where you are now to a professional portfolio and real world skills.

Apply online and join a cohort of up to 15 participants, ages 11–22, in a welcoming, neurodiverse-affirming environment.

7 weeks of hands-on training in podcast production, content creation, scripting, audio editing, and digital communication.

Produce actual episodes of Spectrum Stories. Your work goes live — not into a classroom folder, out into the world.

Graduate with a professional portfolio of produced content you can show employers, schools, and collaborators.

Leave with real self-sufficiency skills, a verified portfolio, and connections to the ISF network of partners and employers.

Support the Next Generation of Storytellers.

Every donation, partnership, and application helps ISF expand its reach — training more neurodiverse youth and producing more content that matters.
