Adults with Autism are Unemployed

Not because of a lack of talent — but because of a lack of pathways. ISF exists to build those pathways, starting with media production and digital storytelling in Tallahassee, FL.

WHAT WE DO

Three Ways ISF Creates Impact

Every program, every episode, and every partnership is built around one goal: expanding what's possible for neurodiverse individuals.

Podcast Training

Podcast Training

Trains autism spectrum individuals in media production using the Spectrum Stories podcast as a real-world practice ground for building confidence and independence.

Self-Sufficiency

Self-Sufficiency

Spectrum Voices builds independence and life skills through monthly workshops — using podcast production and digital media as hands-on practice for real-world confidence and communication.

Community & Resources

Community & Resources

Monthly Spectrum Outings take skills out of the workshop and into the real world — building community connections, practical experience, and peer support for participants and their families.
Our Mission

Empowering Neurodiverse Individuals Through Media

Infinite Spectrum Foundation empowers neurodiverse individuals through podcasting, digital storytelling, and self-sufficiency programs. We train individuals on the autism spectrum in podcast production, content creation, and digital communication — while producing real conversations that provide families with practical resources, expert insight, and relatable stories.

Our Vision

A World Where Neurodiversity Is a Professional Advantage

We envision a future where individuals on the autism spectrum are fully supported in achieving their highest potential — where the unique strengths of neurodiverse individuals are recognized by employers, valued by communities, and developed through programs that treat them as the capable professionals they are. Inclusion isn’t the destination. It’s the floor.

FOUNDER STORY

A Father First. A Founder Second.

Juming Delmas didn't set out to build a nonprofit. He set out to build a future for his son. When his son was diagnosed on the autism spectrum, Juming did what parents do: he looked for pathways. Programs. Opportunities. Places where his son could develop real skills, find his voice, and have a genuine shot at independence and meaningful work. What he found again and again fell short — programs designed around limitations, not potential. Built to manage, not to develop.

Juming knew there had to be a better way, because he was already living one. As the founder of JDelmas Studios — a professional media production company in Tallahassee — he spent his days in a world that rewards exactly the kind of focus, attention to detail, and deep engagement that his son brought to everything he cared about. The match was obvious. The pathway didn't exist yet. So he built it.

Infinite Spectrum Foundation is a father's answer to a gap no one else was filling. A program built not on pity or charity, but on the belief that his son — and every young person like him — deserves access to real training, real tools, and the chance to prove what they can do. Take action today! Get involved and help us create a more inclusive future.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four Principles That Drive Everything

These aren't talking points. They're the commitments that shape how ISF designs its programs, measures success, and shows up for participants.

Skills Over Sympathy

We're here to develop professionals, not celebrate participation. High standards are a form of respect for every participant's potential.
Skills Over Sympathy

Real Output, Always

Participants produce content that actually gets published. Not practice episodes — real ones. The standard is professional, not therapeutic.
Real Output, Always

Community as Infrastructure

Families, employers, and professionals aren't optional additions. They're built into the program — through the podcast, partnerships, and showcases.
Community as Infrastructure

Built to Scale

Every decision in Tallahassee is made with one question in mind: could another city do this? The model is designed to travel.
